Plans
ClockSend offers a Free plan and may offer paid Pro and Prime plans. Each plan is for one individual. The current price, included features, company limits and any trial or introductory offer will be shown clearly before purchase.
Monthly and annual billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and automatically renew at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Monthly plans renew on the same calendar date, or the last available day of a shorter month. Annual plans renew on the corresponding date each year. We will identify any third-party payment provider before payment. Full card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored in ClockSend.
Trials and introductory offers
Before a free or reduced-price trial begins, we will state its length, the price afterwards, when charging starts and how to cancel. We will not turn a trial into a paid plan without the agreement required by law. Where a renewal reminder is required, we will send it to the account email with a clear way to cancel.
Price changes
We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a paid-plan price increase. The new price will apply from a later renewal date stated in the notice. You can cancel before that renewal to avoid the new price. We will not add unavoidable charges after advertising a price.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may ask you to update the payment method and retry the charge. We may move the account to the Free plan or suspend paid features after reasonable notice. Existing invoices will not be deliberately deleted merely because a payment fails.
Receipts and billing queries
We will provide a receipt or other durable confirmation of a paid subscription. Send billing questions to hello@wearesolute.co.uk. Include the account email and payment date, but never send full card or bank details.
