Cancel at any time
You may cancel a paid plan at any time without a cancellation fee. Use the cancellation control in Settings when available, or email hello@wearesolute.co.uk from the account email address. A clear statement that you want to cancel is enough.
What happens next
Normal cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless a refund or legal right applies, paid features remain available until the end of the current paid monthly or annual billing period and the account then moves to the Free plan. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete the account or stored invoices.
14-day cooling-off period
If you purchase a paid plan online as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days after entering the contract and receive a full refund. We voluntarily extend this protection to individual sole traders purchasing ClockSend for their own work. This does not reduce any stronger statutory right that applies.
Acknowledgement
We will confirm an online cancellation as soon as reasonably possible and aim to do so within 24 hours. For cancellation by email, we aim to confirm within three working days. Keep the confirmation for your records.
Account deletion
To close the account and request deletion as well as cancel the subscription, use Your account data in Settings. ClockSend verifies the request against the signed-in email, records the scheduled date and lets you cancel before deletion. Export important invoices first. You may also email hello@wearesolute.co.uk for help. Deletion follows the Data retention and deletion policy.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel or suspend a plan for non-payment, unlawful use, a serious breach or where ClockSend is discontinued. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable. If we discontinue a paid service without cause attributable to you, we will refund the unused prepaid period.
