Delete your ClockSend account
You can request deletion securely inside ClockSend. If you cannot access the account, contact our support team from the account email address.
STEP 1
Sign in
Open Settings in your ClockSend workspace.
STEP 2
Save a copy
Download your account data and any invoices you need.
STEP 3
Schedule deletion
Under Your account data, choose Schedule deletion and confirm your account email.
What happens next
ClockSend records the verified request and schedules active account data for deletion within 30 days. You can cancel from Settings before the scheduled date. Limited information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
For security, email from the address used with ClockSend. Do not include your password, full bank details or card information.
