Accessibility statement

Our commitment

We aim for ClockSend’s main interface to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and to work with keyboard navigation, text enlargement, screen readers and common mobile accessibility features.

What we currently support

• Semantic headings, labelled form controls and accessible names for interactive buttons.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, dialogs, menus and form controls.
• Responsive layouts for phone and desktop, visible focus styles and meaningful status text as well as colour.
• Reduced-motion support for animated elements where the device requests it.

Known limitations

Some generated invoice PDFs may have limited structural tagging for screen readers, and some third-party sign-in or sharing interfaces are outside our direct control. We are working to improve these areas and will provide information in another reasonable format on request.

Email hello@wearesolute.co.uk with the page, control or document causing difficulty, the device or assistive technology used and the format you need. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within three working days.

Review

We review this statement when material interface changes are released and will update known limitations and remediation plans as testing continues.
