Permitted use

Use ClockSend to record genuine work, manage your own professional information and prepare lawful invoices. Keep the account for your individual use and respect the rights and confidentiality of clients and contacts.

You must not

  • Create false, deceptive or fraudulent invoices, work records or payment instructions.
  • Impersonate another person or business, evade tax, launder money or support any unlawful activity.
  • Enter personal information without a lawful reason, or expose another person’s confidential information.
  • Attempt to access another account, bypass security, probe vulnerabilities or interfere with availability.
  • Introduce malware, abusive automation, excessive requests or content designed to damage the service.
  • Copy, resell, scrape or reverse engineer ClockSend except where the law expressly permits it.
  • Use the service to harass, threaten, discriminate or distribute unlawful or infringing material.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and proportionately restrict, suspend or close access. Where safe and lawful, we will explain the concern and provide an opportunity to respond. We may preserve evidence or report activity where required by law.
